retracting my statement7:03 PM
Thursday, May 11, 2006
On the advice of my lawyers, i have decided to retract the earlier statement that implied that Daryl Tan Phauy Hin of Anderson Junior College, hereafter referred to as Phallus Maximus, was trying to avoid any references made to the male reproductive organs. I have realised that such allegations, not being backed up by physical evidence, such as a photograph of Phallus Maximus' aforementioned male reproductive organs, would be considered defamatory and thus, unlawful. I sincerely hope that the court will take into account my good record as a volunteer charity worker and grant me leniency on account of the money I raised in selling my original mural artpiece entitled, "Joshua's dragon". I express my deepest apologies to Phallus Maximus and the family and friends of Phallus Maximus for any hurt and/or distress i may have caused with my careless statements.
Please don't bankrupt me.
