in about one monthh's time. my sis is going to bring home an xbox three hundred and sixty. for free. because xbox is her client in her advertising firm.

which means, im going to get an xbox 360 before i get a ps3. pls pray that my sis subsequently lands the sony and nintendo accounts as well.

i know as a loyal sony fan i should sell the xbox and use the money to save up for the US$599 5kg function copycat monster. but my sis swears that she will kill me, then disown me, then kill me again if i tried to ebay it off.

went to see the girl's basketball finals today. rj pwnzed vj 57-47!

was quite close up to the 4th quarter. then rj started double teaming vj's no. 4 and we got many turnovers and they kept fouling serene. i swear at least 1/3 of the points on both sides were free throws.

oh yeah then after the girls finals was the guys, hci vs ajc. didnt stay to watch but the ajc team was scary. all of them were taller than me n a couple of guys were dunking in their warm ups. poor hc could only like shoot a bit and act timid. plus all the aj bballers decided to show team spirit or whatever by shaving their heads. as aptly but by ho chuan, it was like "shaolin basketball"

today there was this talk on US university admission n shit and the woman giving the talk had some sort of speech impediment-e. she kept adding an extra "e" sound (as in "er" without the r)to selective words at the end of her sentences-e. they mostly fell on, but not all of the, words at the end of the sentence that ended with a t or an s sound-e. there was one instance in which it occured on a d sound and a couple on the k sounds-e. the whole lt was stifling their laughter and trying not to laugh at her lousy engrish cos we didnt want to incur the wrath of the ang moh teacher standing menacingly next to her who would probably scold us for being noisy with phrases like "a pox on all ye coxcomb thin-faced knaves!". -e

stumbled on this a while back-e. the full unadulterated monty python and the holy grail script. includes both deleted and added scenes-e. some of the scenes were thankfully changed but some were pitifully cut-e.

while channel surfing today, i stumbled onto a malaysian channel and they were showing on NATIONAL TV a circumcision operation. here was a graphic view of a penis being cut cut up, blood eveywhere. this from a country that cut out the Christian story arc of ruroni kenshin and censors kissing scenes on tv. i was traumatized. the image of a cut up penis was greusome enough but they had to tug it around on a string stiched to the tip of it and explain to the viewers (in bahasa) wtf they were doing, while pointing to the raw-chicken looking flesh of a skinned penis with their forceps. there was a tube the size of a macdonalds straw stuck into u guess where and they were deskinning it, slowly cutting away with a small scissors, all the way to the base. after they started stitching it all back together again, i started to feel nauseous and turned the tv off.

i cant imagine how the poor patient would have felt if he was on local anaesthesia and looking on.

firstly id like to say sorry to pehpeh n gary for having to stone in ri AVT as extras for 2 hours. especially gary since the AVT brought back many memories as the place he was caned.

id also like to say that it is tough work being camera man when ur director is 2 heads shorter than you. having to tilt the screen down so that she can see what im recording and being told to stand taller...

and sadly enough edmond was right. it was 11 herbs and spices and not 13 or 15.

i'd like to recount the story pehpeh told us over an extra-crispy-hormone-injected-mutant-chicken-seasoned-with-a-secret-blend-of-paprika, garlic salt, onion salt, oregano, sage, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, black pepper and ginger.

in acjc, there is this staircase leading up to the second storey. next to the staircase is a stack of two high-jump matresses. inbetween gp common test, jing hong screamed "i have a small penis!" and jumped off the second storey onto the matresses. according to pehpeh, while he and the rest of the acjc ppl were rofling, some concerned citizens rushed out thinking that the suicide attempt was real.

why don't we do stuff like this in rjc anymore?

edmond's blog has ranted enuff about kingdom hearts 2. i just want to clarify that i played the game first. the fact that edmond completed the game before i even reached the 1/3 mark means nothing. good game tho. more challenging and darker storyline (has upgraded from barney kiddiness to sesame street kiddiness)

speaking of sesame street. c3po and r2d2 appeared in a 1978 episode of sesame street i kid you not

also the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya is just awesome. watched the 4th ep. they completleyt jumped the storyline past a few episodes. the director is mixing up the chronology of the story and yet the result is still good. its also a reference to how haruhi gets the episode number of the "next week's episode" wrong... when u realise that her ep no.s are actually chronologically correct!!! zomgwtfbbq! plus the first episode seemed rubbish at first but actually has plot references to things to come. go combat waitress from the future! defeat that alien sorceress!
