THIS was the very first mecha show i ever watched... even before transformers, power rangers or any of the gundams. i had to be like... 3 maybe 4 at that time? it was freakin awesome. it had like this golden (yes GOLDEN baby) cigarette box (wait this is supposed to be a kids show right?) thing that fits into the palm of your hand that transforms into this huge bad ass square-bodied robot that vanquished... er... cant really rmb the baddies that much.
anyway i rmb watching the last ep. and the main charcter boy who owned the cigarette box was sad and crying cos the robot flew away into space to be with his other robot friends at the end of the series.
oh damn just rmb... ultraman! i definitely should have watched one of the ultramans before this right? or does ultraman count as mecha? ultraman is sort of more a silver-skinned alien thing right?
