Content editing
Besides typical English translation and localization, the English version of Kingdom Hearts II differs from the original Japanese version, in the content of gameplay and several scenes. The Hydra boss in Olympus Coliseum has its green blood from the Japanese version (which in turn was taken from Hercules) changed into black and purple smoke in the English version. An earlier cut scene retains the green blood.
The World That Never Was boss Xigbar's telescopic sight has been changed from view with a crosshair and black shading around the sides to three glowing circles.[6] An attack animation was also altered; in the Japanese version, Xigbar combined his two hand-held guns to create a sniper rifle, which was used to shoot the player's party during the telescoping sight sequence. In the English version, Xigbar does not combine his guns, but twirls them around and shoots at Sora with a single gun. The death of Organization XIII member Axel was slightly edited, as in the original he caught on fire during his kamikaze attack.
Port Royal contains the most content edits. Cut scenes have been edited to remove some of the violence, such as William Turner threatening to commit suicide while aiming a gun at his head.[6] Also, undead pirates do not catch fire when affected by Fire magic and their muskets have been modified to resemble crossbows, though they still fire with an audible shooting sound effect.[41]

anyway no news on KH2: final mix +. prob not gonna come out in english. maybe i should just get the jap version? bu then since when do i have time to play?
a stray dog has been following us around signals camp. its damn cute. ok so it doesnt really look cute cos it looks like the run-of-the-mill stray mix-breed mutt. butit does stuff like run 2.4 with us, march with us to cookhouse and lectures, run right in front of uss suddenly while we're marching and cause us to trip over ourselves, walk in between the 3 rows and inspecting us when we're falling in...
its super friendly, does not bark or bite and follows us EVERYWHERE. we have named him jackie (after a fellow platoon mate and a hated staff sgt from sispec golf coy). He will be our mascot.

Why is there a picture of some boats here? It's because I'm too lazy to link another picture. First I'd have to find a pic which is the right size,
then I have to upload it. Then I have to hope the pic stays there and doesn't get deleted from the image hosting website. Bah leave it as a boat. I'm too lazy to change it.
